Completed application form (see downloads)
Company or closed corporation registration forms
Copy(ies) of identity book(s) of individuals
Business plan
3 months’ bank statements
Salary advice slip / proof of income
Proof of residence such as a utility bill
Marriage certificate, if married
Copy of statements for your 3 credit references
Once this information has been submitted, credit checks and references will be done to determine whether the application is successful.
