Once this information has been submitted, credit checks and references will be done to determine whether the application is successful. We may call on additional documents not listed here such as a business plan.

Parking space needs to be viewed prior to signing the lease.
The parking lease needs to be completed at City Property's offices.
The approval of a parking lease is subject to debit order payment only.
The following documentation is required:
A copy of a salary advice and ID document
Proof of banking details are for the debit order.
Proof of residence.
Company registration forms.
A deposit, equal to the first month's rental, together with the first months rental, will be payable on application.

A copy of the approved application needs to be handed to the Building Manager, to authorise access to the  building.
