“Dear long weekend, I like you. Love #teamCityProperty”

With the holiday period upon us, we are really looking forward to the break. Our offices will be closed from Friday, 30 March to Monday,
2 April and we reopen for business on Tuesday, 3 April at 08:00. We understand that you may require assistance during this time so we’ve put together a helpful guide to offer support during this time.

  1. What to do if you have an emergency / maintenance issue in your flat?
Please contact your building manager immediately in an emergency situation. If not on-site our building staff are based in close proximity to your building and should be your first point of call. For all other leasing or customer service enquiries that are not emergencies, you can submit your enquiry here or email the contact centre on propworld@cityprop.co.za. An agent will be in touch as soon as we’re back in the office on Tuesday.

  2. What to do if you are a new tenant looking for a space to rent?
Please submit your enquiry here or email the contact centre on propworld@cityprop.co.za. An agent will be in touch as soon as we’re back in the office on Tuesday.

  3. What to do if you have a pre-paid electricity query?
Please make use of the after-hours number on 0826050555 for immediate assistance.

  4. Documentation requests
For application forms, debit order forms, request for refunds and cancellation forms etc. please visit the download section on the website. Submit the completed form along with relevant supporting information to propworld@cityprop.co.za. An agent will be in touch as soon as we’re back in the office on Tuesday.

If you’re travelling over the long weekend we encourage you to take note of the peak travel periods which are expected as these can be demanding and stressful. Drivers are advised to plan their trips in advance and be aware of road and weather conditions ahead, remain patient and courteous, stay alert and take regular rest stops. Happy holidays!
